For all orders within India, shipping is charged at Rs. 150/-.

For all international shipping:

• Orders below Rs. 25,000/-: shipping charge of Rs. 2,500/-
• Orders above Rs. 25,000/-: shipping charge of Rs. 3,500/-

We process orders on all weekdays, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Products are delivered within 4-7 working days within India.

Deliveries to locations outside India usually take 7-12 working days. However, international shipping timelines may vary depending on the presence and serviceability of our international courier partners in the destination country, and delivery may take longer than the estimated time.

To ensure your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier agencies.

Our domestic delivery partners include Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, Aramex, Ecom Express, Holisol, and Xpressbees.

Our international shipping partners include Aramex International, DHL, and FedEx.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges vary from country to country according to local rules and regulations and are beyond our control.

The recipient of an international shipment may be required to pay import taxes, customs duties, and other applicable fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are over and above the product/order price paid and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery to our courier partner.

Deepam has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for more information.

In case of returns, the customer will be considered the exporter from the original shipping destination and will be responsible for complying with all export laws of that country or region.

For all such returns, the customer will bear the shipping charges along with any applicable customs duties. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
